Eligibility for Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed, packed, customized, or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
  • Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or special-order jewelry pieces may not be eligible for cancellation once production or customization has begun.
  • All cancellation requests are reviewed individually in accordance with our operational procedures and order status.

How to Cancel an Order

  • Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting our customer support team through our website or designated support channels.
  • To help us process the request efficiently, customers may be asked to provide their order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • If the cancellation request qualifies under this policy, a confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the customer.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Once an eligible cancellation request has been approved, the refund process will be initiated following internal verification.
  • Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • FineImperial does not issue refunds through cash, cheque, money order, or alternative payment methods.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment account associated with the original transaction remains active and capable of receiving refunds.
  • FineImperial is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful refund transactions resulting from inaccurate, inactive, restricted, or closed payment accounts.

Processing Time

  • Cancellation requests are generally reviewed and processed within 3–7 business days from the date the request is received.
  • Once approved, refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider.
  • Any delay in the appearance of refunded funds after processing is subject to the policies and timelines of the customer’s financial institution. Customers are encouraged to contact their payment provider directly for updates regarding refund status.

  1. FineImperial reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where order processing, customization, or shipment has already commenced.
