Resolution Process
- Once we receive the required details and images, our team will review the issue and aim to respond within 12 working hours.
- After verification, customers may choose one of the following solutions:
Refund: If approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
Replacement / Reshipment: We may resend the correct product or replacement item based on the original order. Once dispatched, a new tracking number will be shared with the customer.
Return Conditions
